Terms and Conditions

• Any information provided in the booking process or handled by Silverston Osteopathy is for the express purposes of maintaining accurate patient records, for clinic advertising and updating patients on their appointment status. No information will be passed on to any third parties without the expressed written permission of the individual concerned.

• We request a minimum 6 hour notice period for any cancellations, this is the least amount of time we require to fill a vacant appointment slot. It would be appreciated if as much notice as possible is given. Please call 07624420198 or email adam@silverstonosteopathy.net to notify us of any changes. Please be aware that late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a charge of the full price for your treatment session. We send out appointment reminders via email the day prior to your appointment, if you are not getting these emails then please ensure that you adjust your email inbox filter or that we have your correct email address.

• Any children under the age of 16 years will need to be accompanied during their treatment by a parent or guardian.

• Vouchers can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer/voucher. All vouchers are transferable. Vouchers are non-refundable for cash. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date written on the voucher. If the voucher is being used by anyone under the age of 16, then a parent or guardian must be present at all times during the treatment. Non attendance for a booking without providing the required 6 hours notice will constitute forfeiture of that treatment session.
